(PATCH POD Program) Preschool tuition assistance for qualifying families with 4 or 5 year old children not eligible for kindergarten for the school year. Applications are accepted only for the school year that starts the following July and only during a designated application period (September 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023). Preschool Open Doors (POD) is funded by the State of Hawaii, Dept. of Human Services and administered by PATCH. Applications must be received at the Oahu office by October 31, 2023.
