Susannah Wesley Community Center (SWCC) operates a multi-service center with services and programs for youth, families, individuals, newcomers, senior citizens, and other residents of Kalihi-Palama. Hui Kokua or SWCC's Emergency Food Pantry is available, please call for more information. The agency has a wide range of Youth and Family Services (e.g. truancy prevention, life skills development, CBase Diploma Program, non-school hours activities, home based parenting and a juvenile assessment center). The Kalihi-Palama Juvenile Assessment Center is a juvenile justice diversion program that works with youth and their families. SWCC's multi-lingual behavioral health care coordination program services adults struggling with mental illness. The Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP), Hawaii provides crisis response and comprehensive and trauma informed case management services to minors and adults who are suspected or identified as victims of human trafficking.

Youth Drop-In Center is open during non-school hours (walk-ins) or call phone. Behavioral Care Coordination Support Services Program, by referral only. Kalihi Palama Juvenile Assessment Center, is based on a citation issued by the Honolulu Police Departme
