Mission: To restore meaningful, healthy lives for individuals and families coping with substance abuse. CARF accredited programs provide outpatient medication assisted and drug free treatment: methadone maintenance, suboxone (buprenorphine) and detox program, outreach, and interim services for persons addicted to opiates, pain killers, and illicit opiates in on Oahu and Hilo on Hawaii Island. In Puna on Hawaii Island, Native Hawaiian culturally based intensive outpatient and outpatient program provided. Cornerstone, located in Honolulu, provides outpatient, intensive outpatient and continuing care services. Trauma-Informed-Care environment.

By phone or walk-in. Call 538-0704 for an appointment and face-to-face interview. Bring picture ID and referral from MD for QUEST and insurance card if covered by insurance.
Fee
Most insurances are accepted. Co-pays begin from $20 depending on the insurance plan. State slots are available. Call for private fees.
Eligibility
Drug and alcohol abuse, addiction to pain medications, marijuana, methamphetamine and opiates. Priority given to pregnant women and intravenous drug users for Department of Health funding through Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division. Families for family counseling with psychologists; family support/education. All ages for assessments.
