HOLO Card - Non-resident Senior Card | City and County of Honolulu - Dept of Transportation Services - HOLO Card Office

City and County of Honolulu non-resident seniors can use the Senior HOLO card to pay for rides on TheBus, and in the future the HandiVan, and the rail system on June 30, 2023. Go to the website for frequently asked questions (FAQ), register your card so you can protect it from loss or theft and transfer fees, sign up for the auto-reload program, check your balance for up to six family members and manage their cards and balances. Fares are capped and your money goes toward a daily pass. Once you spend the amount of a pass, you ride the rest of the day for free. Senior non-resident fares are $3.
