To advance equity and build community resilience through: health and wellness, safety and security, education, cultural regeneration, environmental, social and economic development and climate resilience information, services and advocacy regarding infrastructure needs for all Koolau- loa communities through supporting civic and social engagement, volunteerism, fiscal support and partnerships with local, city, state, national agencies and organizations.
