HUGS Respite Program | Hugs Help, Understanding & Group Support For Hawaii'S Seriously Ill Children And
(Help Understanding and Group Support Respite Program) Provides much-needed breaks from the stress parents experience while caring for a seriously ill child. Gives the ill child and siblings an opportunity to interact with other children who are going through similar experiences. Volunteers needed. Events are once a month on a Friday or Saturday evening and different locations on Oahu.

Referral accepted from hospital social worker, child life specialist, or self-referral. Doctor's forms must be completed by physicians and enrollment into HUGS completed. Forms available online. Call for more information.
