Ohia Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter provides a safe, supportive, and clean environment for survivors of domestic violence with or without children. Survivors may call for assistance through the Crisis and Shelter Access Line or may be referred by multiple community sources, including: police, clergy, schools, hospitals, and other domestic violence providers. While in the shelter, residents and their children are provided supportive services, such as safety planning, case management, domestic violence counseling groups, individual counseling, transitional planning, and referral sources. The shelter operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can accommodate up to 24 survivors and their children at any given time. Confidential Location
