Eligibility

Former and current foster youth, ages 12 - 26 years old, to develop personal skills and competencies leading to confident, capable, caring and healthy young people. Imua Kakou is a program that provides support and case management for youth who have aged out of the foster care system. Higher Education supports former foster youth in their education goals.
