Susannah Wesley Community Center (SWCC) operates a multi-service center with services and programs for youth, families, individuals, newcomers, senior citizens, and other residents of Kalihi-Palama. Hui Kokua or SWCC's Emergency Food Pantry is available, please call for more information. The agency has a wide range of Youth and Family Services (e.g. truancy prevention, life skills development, CBase Diploma Program, non-school hours activities, home based parenting and a juvenile assessment center). The Kalihi-Palama Juvenile Assessment Center is a juvenile justice diversion program that works with youth and their families. SWCC's multi-lingual behavioral health care coordination program services adults struggling with mental illness. The Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (TVAP), Hawaii provides crisis response and comprehensive and trauma informed case management services to minors and adults who are suspected or identified as victims of human trafficking.

(Paia Youth and Cultural Center) Provides a balance of social, cultural, educational, vocational, and recreational experiences for the youth of Pa'ia and surrounding communities through the operation of Hale Na 'Opio, our Youth and Cultural Center. Hawaiian values, which have parallels in Western and Eastern cultures, are emphasized whenever possible throughout these activities. We have our own youth directed radio station, low powered FM KOPO 89.5
Kokua Kalihi Valley (KKV) is a community organization with the mission for "healing and reconciliation in the Kalihi Valley community". KKV serves residents in Kalihi Valley a Medically Underserved Area and Health Personnel Shortage Area, as designated by the Public Health Service. Services include: dental, medical, family planning, WIC nutrition, behavioral health, elderly services, elderly exercise classes, youth development, case management, transportation, translation, case management and outreach, sewing program and Micronesian women's group.

The Community Teen Program provides Out-of-school Time services (OST) for youth ages 5-18 who live in and around the public housing complexes Puuwai Momi in Halawa. These programs promote the development of healthy youth with an abundance of positive experiences for youth including educational, recreational, skill building, social emotional learning, community building and support services. Opens at 1:30pm on Wednesdays during the school year. Extended hours offered during summer and school intersessions. Intake form is good for 1 year.

Youth drop into the space and are given the opportunity to earn a bike by learning how to fix and maintain a bike in addition to volunteering to help maintain the flow of the shop. Each year there are 400 donated bikes that are refurbished by youth and about 4000 bikes are repaired though 9000 youth service hours.

Offers camping trips, ceramic, computer and graphics, cooking, creative writing classes; dodgeball, Hawaiiana - hula, music, language-library visits, pool table, study hall, tennis, volleyball, weightlifting, windsurfing lessons and woodworking. Sponsors a boys club, girls club, bistro nights, community workdays and monthly community dances. Serves as a community resource to access professional programs and other youth programs.
